Can I cancel my BoostCash™ repayment?

If you have a BoostCash™ Cash Advance, please note that BoostCash™ repayments work differently from other Upgrade scheduled payments.

BoostCash™ repayment is a required authorization, tied to your advance agreement. When you accepted your cash advance, you agreed to the repayment terms, which authorize Upgrade to collect the repayment amount from your designated account on your due date. Because of this, BoostCash™ repayments made via debit card cannot be canceled. You can cancel your authorization for ACH payments only, but this will not cover payments made via your debit card.
