No application fees or upfront fees
There are no fees to apply for a personal loan or Upgrade Card. We’ll never ask you to pay any kind of upfront application fee, security fee, or insurance fee. We’ll never ask you to send us money via wire transfer, Western Union, gift card, or prepaid card.
If someone claims to be from Upgrade and asks you for an application fee, please contact Upgrade Support at support@upgrade.com so we can investigate.
