1 Rewards Checking Preferred customers who set up monthly Eligible Direct Deposits of at least $1,000 within sixty (60) days after account opening earn 2% cash back on purchases in eligible categories including: convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants and bars (including deliveries), gas stations, utilities (including electric, gas, sanitary and water) and monthly subscriptions (including phone, cable, TV and other streaming services). Excluded purchase categories and excluded recurring payments include, but are not limited to: grocery stores and supermarkets (including affiliated gas stations), travel purchases, medical bills, retailers and online merchants, rent, mortgage, insurance, car payments, or other monthly subscriptions or bills. 2% cash back rewards are limited to $500 in rewards per calendar year ($25,000 in eligible category purchases). Rewards Checking Preferred accounts with less than $1,000 in monthly Eligible Direct Deposits sixty (60) days after account opening will not earn any cash back. 2 Performance Savings accounts that meet the Active Accounts requirements qualify for 3.05% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) with monthly $1,000 direct deposit. The APY for Active Accounts is effective as of October 31, 2025. Otherwise, the APY for the Performance Savings account is 1.5% and is effective as of June 1, 2023. The APY for Performance Savings accounts is variable and may change at any time. Please refer to the applicable Cross River Bank Performance Savings Deposit Account Agreement and Truth in Savings Disclosure.

To earn APY, you must open and fund a Performance Savings account. Rewards Checking Preferred accounts do not earn APY.

3 Early direct deposit requires set up of recurring electronic direct deposit from your employer, payroll, or benefits provider and is limited to direct deposits under $5,000. Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing in which we receive notice of impending direct deposit, which is generally up to two days before the scheduled deposit date.

4 Purchases in Gas, Grocery, Streaming, and Utilities categories accrue 3% cash back with no maximum when you pay them back (excluding Target and Walmart); all other purchases accrue 1% with no maximum. Personal loans made through Upgrade feature Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) of 7.74%-35.99% and a 1.85%-9.99% origination fee, which is deducted from the loan proceeds. Lowest rates require Autopay and paying off a portion of existing debt directly. For certain discounts, collateral may be required. Repayment terms from 24 to 84 months. For example, if you receive a $10,000 unsecured loan with a 36-month term and a 17.59% APR (which includes a 13.94% yearly interest rate and a 5% one-time origination fee), you would receive $9,500 and would have a required monthly payment of $341.48. Over the life of the loan, your payments would total $12,293.46. The APR and other terms of your loan may vary and you may not be presented with multiple offers. If offered, your loan terms, including your rate, will depend on credit score, credit usage history, loan amount, and other factors. Late payments or other fees, as noted in your Borrower Agreement, may increase the cost of your fixed rate loan. Certain loan offers may not be available in all states.
