Where do I locate my 15-digit pre-approval code?

If you've received a letter in the mail from Upgrade, you can locate your 15-digit pre-approval code in a few different places. Your pre-approval code will be located on the top and the bottom of your letter. You can go to the website listed on your letter to enter in your 15-digit code, select the purpose of your loan, and the amount that you are looking for.

You also have the option of going to Upgrade.com, and selecting “Receive mail? Click here” to enter your 15-digit pre-approval code.
