A credit check was performed when you started the application based on the name, address, and birthday you provided. If there are any mistakes in these factors, it may impede our ability to get a soft credit report from the credit bureau(s).
In addition, if you've placed a security freeze on your credit report, it may impede our ability to gather the necessary information to perform our credit check.
