Am I covered if my trip gets canceled or interrupted?
If you paid with your Boost Money™ Card, you may be reimbursed up to $2,000 per insured person for the non-refundable common carrier ticket in the event your trip is cancelled or interrupted due to a covered reason (like serious illness, injury, or common carrier bankruptcy).
To file a claim: Contact the Benefit Administrator at 1-866-390-9735 within twenty (20) days of the trip cancellation or interruption or as soon as reasonably possible. If you are outside the United States, call collect at 1-804-673-1164. The Benefit Administrator will ask you for some preliminary information and send you the appropriate claim forms.
