How do I successfully capture images of my check for Mobile Deposit?
Prepare Check
- Make sure the transaction does not exceed your deposit limits.
- Detach the check from any check stub or cover letter
- Sign and endorse the back of the check with the words "For mobile deposit at CRB only”
Take Picture
- Set the check down flat on a dark surface in ample lighting
- Make sure that all four check corners are visible in the capture view
- Hold your device steady, directly over the check to take the photo automatically or tap the camera icon to take the photo manually.
