When will my check funds be available when using Mobile Deposit?
If you deposit your check on a business day (weekdays excluding holidays) prior to 3pm Eastern Time, your deposit will be processed the same day and we will consider that the day of your deposit. If you deposit your check after 3pm Eastern Time or on a weekend or holiday, your deposit will be processed on the next banking business day and we will consider that the day of your deposit.
Funds will typically be available on the 2nd business day after the day of your deposit, except the first $225 of your deposit that will be available on the 1st business day after the day of your deposit. In some instances, for example for large deposits or new accounts, a portion or all of the funds may be subject to longer delays. Funds may be held up to 7 business days in accordance with banking regulations. You’ll be notified if we need to hold funds in this way.
