APRs and interest rates
How is my variable APR calculated? |
|---|
Your variable APR is based on the Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal, plus a margin specific to your account. You can find your exact APR in your Account Dashboard |
What's the Prime Rate? |
|---|
The Prime Rate for a billing cycle is the highest bank prime loan rate published in The Wall Street Journal in its Money Rates section on the 25th day of the calendar month preceding the first day of the billing cycle. |
When does my APR change? |
|---|
Variable APRs increase or decrease when the Prime Rate changes. The Prime Rate is determined monthly, and the corresponding APR change takes effect on the first day of the billing period that begins the calendar month after the Prime Rate changes. An increase in the APR will increase your interest charges and may increase your minimum payment due. |
