You can set or update your PIN on your Account Dashboard. Here’s how: • Sign in to your Account Dashboard and go to More. • Select ATM settings. • Select ATM settings. • Tap on Change next to PIN. • To set your 4-digit PIN, enter your PIN, re-enter it to confirm and then tap Submit. • All done! Your PIN is now set. |
Are there fees for ATM cash withdrawals with my Upgrade OneCard? |

Yes. We will charge a fee of either 5% of the amount withdrawn or $10, whichever is greater. The ATM owner may charge an additional fee on top of that. |
How does interest work on ATM cash withdrawals? |

ATM cash withdrawals are treated as cash advances. Here's what that means for you: • Your Cash advance APR applies. Check your Account Agreement for your rate. • Interest begins on the day of your withdrawal. Unlike regular purchases, there's no grace period. |
