What should I expect after I apply?
After you submit your application, we'll let you know our decision quickly. Here's what happens next: If you're approved: Set your account password and head to your Account Dashboard to explore your new account. Your card will be on its way and should arrive within 7–10 business days, sometimes sooner. Keep in mind that approval results in a hard inquiry, which may have an impact on your credit score. If we're unable to approve your application: You'll receive an explanation of why we weren't able to offer you credit at this time. If you’re not approved, there’s no impact on your credit score. If we need a little more information: Occasionally we need some more information before we can make a decision. If that's the case, we'll reach out and let you know exactly what we need.

Am I eligible to apply for OneCard?
• You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where OneCard is offered. • You meet the credit approval requirements for OneCard, including sufficient income to meet repayment obligations. • You have not been declined for an Upgrade Credit Card or Personal Credit Line in the past 90 days • You do not already hold an open Upgrade Credit Card or 2 or more open Personal Credit Lines • You do not currently have a pending Upgrade loan in review or pending Upgrade loan application unless it is part of a qualifying bundled offer from Upgrade • You have made sufficient consecutive payments on your Upgrade Loan or Personal Credit Line through Upgrade. • Your Upgrade deposit account is current, and is not overdrawn or recently charged off. • You do not have a bank account • You do not currently work with a debt settlement company, or plan to file for bankruptcy within the next 90 days

Upgrade OneCard is available in all U.S. states, except for Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
