Getting Started: New customers

Once you're approved, your card typically arrives within 7–10 business days and sometimes sooner. Haven't received it after 10 business days? Give us a call at 844-633-0740 and we'll take care of it. 

Once you receive your card, there are just a few quick steps to activate it. • Download the Upgrade App • Sign in to your Account • Tap Activate New Card • Enter your information to activate 

That's it — your card is ready to use! 🎉

Prefer to activate your card another way? We have a few options for you:  • Visit upgrade.com/card • Call (844) 549-6010, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and select the card activation option. • Scan the QR code on the letter that you received with your card.

It's easy — here's how:  • Sign in to your Account Dashboard and go to Payments.  • Select Manage Autopay. • Pick your payment amount. • Choose the bank account you want to use. Don't have one saved? You'll be prompted to add it now. • Click Enable to agree to the ACH authorization terms. You'll get a confirmation message once you're all set.

Upgrade OneCard to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet takes just a few taps. Here’s how: 

Apple Wallet  • Tap Apple Wallet® from your phone. • Review and accept the Apple Wallet® terms and conditions. • You will be asked to authenticate yourself via the Apple wallet®. • Complete authentication in Apple Wallet® and your card will then be added and ready to use. 

Google Wallet • Tap Google Wallet™ from your phone. • Review and accept the Google Wallet™ terms and conditions. • You will be asked to authenticate yourself via the Google Wallet™ that you selected. • Once you’ve completed authentication, your card will be added to your Google Wallet™ and is ready to use where Google Pay™ is accepted.

Your Upgrade OneCard works everywhere Visa® is accepted — swipe, tap, insert, or shop online. For even more convenience, add it to your digital wallet so you're good to go.
