How do I redeem my Upgrade OneCard rewards?
Ready to use your rewards? Here’s how: • Sign in to your Upgrade OneCard account dashboard. • Navigate to Rewards section and tap Redeem. • Choose how you want to redeem your rewards, either as a statement credit or as a transfer to your bank account (if your card balance is paid in full). • Then Choose how much you want to redeem. • Submit your request.
Here are some things to keep in mind: • Your account must be in good standing to redeem rewards. If you choose a statement credit: • Requests submitted before 11 PM PT are typically applied the same day. • It may take up to 3 calendar days to appear on your account. If you choose a bank transfer: • Allow up to 6 calendar days for funds to land in your bank account. • You'll also need to link your bank account or Upgrade checking account to your Upgrade OneCard account.
