How do I make a payment? |

You can make a one-time payment in just a few clicks: • Sign in to your Account Dashboard and go to Payments. • Select Make payment. • Pick your payment amount. • Choose the bank account you want to use. Don't have one saved? You'll be prompted to add it now. • Select your payment date and click Save changes. • Review your payment details and then click Continue. You'll get a confirmation message once your payment is scheduled. Tip: Enroll in Autopay to stay up to date on your payments without the extra effort. Here’s how to enroll: • Sign in to your Account Dashboard and go to Payments. • Select Manage Autopay. • Pick your payment amount. • Choose the bank account you want to use. Don't have one saved? You'll be prompted to add it now. • Click Enable. You'll get a confirmation message once you're done. |
How do I cancel a one-time payment on my Upgrade OneCard? |

Need to cancel? Just make sure to do it by 11pm PT the day before your scheduled payment. Here's how: • Sign in to your Account Dashboard and go to Payments. • Under Scheduled payments, tap the trash icon next to the payment you want to cancel. • Confirm the cancellation. • You'll receive a confirmation once it's done. |
How do you apply my payments? |

When we receive your payment, we apply it in a specific order. Here's how it works. How your minimum payment is applied Up to your minimum payment is applied in this order: 1. Fees 2. Interest 3. Your balance (purchases and cash advances) How extra payments are applied • Paying more than the minimum is always a smart move. Any amount above your minimum payment is applied to your highest-interest balance first, then to lower interest balances. That means you pay off your most expensive debt faster and save more money over time. |
How can I reduce the amount of interest I pay? |
