Understanding your balances
What's the difference between my minimum payment, statement balance, and current balance? |
|---|
Here's a quick breakdown of each: Minimum payment due: This is the smallest amount you need to pay by your due date to keep your account in good standing. Statement balance: This is the balance on your account as of your last statement date. Paying your full statement balance each month is a great way to avoid interest charges. Current balance: This is your account balance as of today. It may not include pending payments, transactions that haven't posted yet, or interest accrued since your last statement. |
How is my balance calculated? |
|---|
We use a method called "average daily balance (including new transactions)" to calculate what you owe. Your Account Agreement has the full details on how this works. |
Why is my transaction still pending? |
|---|
A transaction remains in a pending status until it’s fully processed. Processing time may vary and depends on how long it takes a merchant to submit the request. |
