Why am I no longer eligible for BoostCash™?

Eligibility can change for several reasons:

  • You already have an outstanding BoostCash™ advance
  • Your latest eligible direct deposit hasn’t arrived
  • You switched jobs or changed pay cycles
  • Your deposit account was suspended or overdrawn in the last 90 days
  • You recently had a delinquent personal loan, Upgrade Card, or Buy Now Pay Later loan through Upgrade
  • You had a charged-off Upgrade product in the last year
  • You moved to a state where BoostCash™ isn’t currently offered
