How do I successfully capture images of my check for Mobile Deposit?

Prepare Check 

  • Make sure the transaction does not exceed your deposit limits.
  • Detach the check from any check stub or cover letter
  • Sign and endorse the back of the check with the words "For deposit at CRB only” 

Take Picture 

  • Set the check down flat on a dark surface in ample lighting
  • Make sure that all four check corners are visible in the capture view
  • Hold your device steady, directly over the check to take the photo automatically or tap the camera icon to take the photo manually.

Mobile Deposit is only available for Active Accountholders.
