What types of checks are accepted with Mobile Deposit?

Mobile Deposit accepts checks from U.S. financial institutions, in U.S. dollars. The following items are eligible for mobile deposit:

  • Personal checks
  • Business checks
  • Government/US treasury checks
  • Cashier's checks\

Check types that are not eligible for mobile deposit include the following:

  • U.S. savings bonds
  • Checks from foreign (non-U.S.) financial institutions
  • Money orders
  • Traveler’s checks
  • Image Replacement Documents (RDIs)
  • Checks made payable to others (either primary or joint)
  • Checks not payable in U.S. dollars

 Mobile Deposit is only available for Active Accountholders. Please refer to your Deposit Account Agreement for more information.
