[Customer Only] After my Home Improvement Loan is approved, what am I supposed to do?
At agreed project milestones, your contractor will submit requests for project payments. Upon each request, you’ll be notified via email and you will be able to confirm or decline the payment request via your Upgrade Account dashboard.
It’s important to regularly check your email during the project. Requests that go without response for (2) business days (including the day of submission of the request, if submitted prior to 5pm ET on a business day) will result in the payment being confirmed and processed as requested, to ensure there are no delays with your project.
