Auto Secured Loan: Can I apply if my vehicle is jointly owned?
Great news! You are eligible to apply for an Upgrade auto secured loan if your vehicle is jointly owned. Upon application submission, we’ll request the following co-owner information:
- Copy of co-owner’s ID
- Signed co-owner security agreement
- Note: Digital signatures are not acceptable
Please note that we are requesting this information solely for the purpose of co-owner consent. Upgrade will not take into account your co-owner’s income or credit report when considering eligibility for the loan. Additionally, the co-owner’s credit profile will not be affected and only you (the original applicant) will be responsible for paying the loan back.
