How do I redeem my Upgrade Card Rewards?
You can choose how to redeem your cash back. First, decide how much of your cash back you wish to redeem. You can apply it to your Upgrade Card balance as a statement credit, or have it deposited into your Upgrade checking or savings account or an external bank account. To redeem your cash back, sign in to your account dashboard.
If you choose a statement credit, it will be applied the same day if you redeem by 7pm PT, but it may take up to 2 days to appear on your account. Rewards applied to your Upgrade Card balance typically won’t lower your regular monthly payment; see your Personal Credit Line Agreement for more details.
If you choose to deposit to your bank account, your Upgrade Card account must be in good standing. It can take up to 3 business days for the money to show up in your account.
Once your rewards are applied, they’re considered redeemed.
