Welcome Bonus Offer Details: Spend in Select Merchant Categories and/or With Your Digital Wallet
To qualify for the bonus, you must 1) make $200 in total Upgrade Card purchases, in any combination: a) using your digital wallet for purchases in any category and/or b) Streaming, Mobile Provider, Insurance and Pet Care merchant categories within 90 days of Upgrade Card account opening AND (2) make 3 on-time payments of at least the minimum required monthly payment amount on your Upgrade Card within 1 year of Upgrade Card account opening. Non-purchase transactions do not qualify. Your Upgrade Card account must be open and in good standing to receive a bonus. This bonus offer cannot be combined (including with welcome bonuses), substituted, or applied retroactively. The bonus will be credited to your Upgrade Card within 1-2 billing periods after meeting the above conditions and will not otherwise reduce the amount of your regular monthly payments.
