How do I change my bank account information?

If you wish to change your bank account information, please follow the following steps:

  1. Click here to sign into your Upgrade Account.
  2. At the top right of the page, click on “Manage Payments”.
  3. In the middle of the page, click on “Manage Bank Account”.
  4. To add a bank account, click on the “Plus” sign in the middle of the page.
  5. Choose between either Checking or Savings, enter your Routing Number, Account Number, and Banking Institution name.
  6. Then choose between AutoPay or First Payment Only. Then click on the green “Add Bank”.
