 If you wish to change your password, please follow the following steps:

  1. Click here to sign into your Upgrade Account.
  2. At the top right of the page, click on “Account Settings
  3. To update your password, click the "Change" button next to your current password.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your current password, followed by your new password. This password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and at least 1 number.
  5. When finished, click the green "Done" button.
