Please utilize the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue: 

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Attempt to log-in from a different web browser
  • Attempt to log-in from a different device

If you continue to have trouble logging in, you may need to reset your password. 


You can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Click here to begin resetting your password
  2. Enter the email address* on file with your account, click **Continue*** If you have multiple Upgrade accounts, ensure you are using the email address associated with the desired account. 
  3. You will receive a six-digit verification code via email or mobile phone.* If you do not receive a verification code, check your Spam folder before requesting a new one. Verification codes are good for 20 minutes
  4. Enter the code on the Upgrade website
  5. After the code has been entered, provide the following information (if prompted). This adds an additional layer of security. \
      SSNNew passwordConfirmation of new password
  6. Select Reset Password
  7. Log-in with your new password.
