- Attempt to log-in from a different device
If you continue to have trouble logging in, you may need to reset your password.
You can reset your password by following these steps:
- Click here to begin resetting your password
- Enter the email address* on file with your account, click **Continue*** If you have multiple Upgrade accounts, ensure you are using the email address associated with the desired account.
- You will receive a six-digit verification code via email or mobile phone.* If you do not receive a verification code, check your Spam folder before requesting a new one. Verification codes are good for 20 minutes
- Enter the code on the Upgrade website
- After the code has been entered, provide the following information (if prompted). This adds an additional layer of security. \
- SSNNew passwordConfirmation of new password
- Select Reset Password.
- Log-in with your new password.
