What is the difference between my Statement Close Date and my Monthly Payment Date?

Your Upgrade Card account follows a monthly statement cycle. The Statement Close Date marks the end of that cycle. Your Monthly Payment Date is 22 days after the Statement Close Date, which is when your monthly payment is due.
