Where do I locate the actual amount that will be placed in my bank account after the origination fee?

Once your loan is approved, a one-time origination fee will be deducted from your total loan amount before the funds are sent to you. In most cases, the loan funds should be available in your account within one to four business days.

You can locate the final amount that was sent (or will be sent) to your bank account on the Truth in Lending Disclosure under "Amount Financed (Amount Provided to You)."

To view your Truth in Lending disclosure, please log in to your Upgrade Account and click on "View Loan Documents."
