Auto Finance: I was involved in an accident and my vehicle has been deemed a total loss. What should I do?
If a total loss has occurred, please call Upgrade at (855) 598-1271 and provide us with your insurance claim details. Please note that your insurance company will also need to call us at (855) 598-1271
Upgrade will work with your insurance provider. After your insurance pays the settlement, you will be responsible for any remaining balance.
If you purchased GAP coverage, please call the administrator listed on the GAP agreement to initiate the claim process.
