Auto Finance: What happens if I was in an accident with vehicle damage and I received a collision repair payable to Upgrade and myself?
If you were in an accident and you received a collision repair check from the insurance company payable to Upgrade, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Once the repairs are verified and completed per the claim, Upgrade will endorse the check and send the funds to the autobody shop for you to coordinate the vehicle pickup.
