Can I use my OneCard to withdraw funds at an ATM?

Yes, the OneCard can be used at ATMs. Follow the steps below to set up ATM access:

  1. From your OneCard Account Dashboard, select More > ATM Settings
  2. Select the ATM access button and create a PIN
  3. You can confirm that the Rewards Checking Account is shown as the Primary Payment Method for ATM
  4. Finalize the changes by selecting Authorize & Submit

Your ATM access should now be enabled. Please remember to select “Credit Card” when using the ATM.

*To use your Upgrade OneCard to make ATM withdrawals, you are required to have a Rewards Checking, Rewards Checking Plus, or Rewards Checking Preferred (“Rewards Checking Account”) account through Upgrade and designate the Rewards Checking Account as the primary source of payments for the Pay Now Purchases feature of your OneCard.
