Upgrade OneCard 2% / 1.5% Cash Back Rewards

You will accrue cash back rewards when you pay eligible purchases back. To get 2% cash back on your Upgrade OneCard, you must open a Rewards Checking or Rewards Checking Preferred account through Upgrade (“Rewards Checking Account”) and either (i) activate Pay Now Purchases on your OneCard and keep it linked to your Rewards Checking Account or the Secured Account associated with your OneCard, if applicable, or (ii) maintain each month a qualifying active Rewards Checking Account as described here. If you meet these conditions, you will accrue 2% cash back for common everyday OneCard purchases at convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants and bars—including deliveries—and gas stations, as well as recurring payments on utilities and monthly subscriptions including phone, cable, TV and other streaming services; you will accrue 1.5% cash back for all other OneCard purchases. 2% cash back is limited to $500 in rewards per calendar year; after $500, you will accrue 1.5% cash back. If you do not meet the above conditions, you will accrue 1.5% cash back for all purchases. Get more information on merchant category below. Certain limitations apply.
