Upgrade: Puerto Rico Interest Rates
Upgrade, Inc. operates under the name Upgrade Loans, Inc. in Puerto Rico and holds a Puerto Rico Small Personal Loan License (#PPP-046).
Pursuant to P.R. Laws tit. 10, § 952a, each week licensees must publish the maximum rate, the weighted average rate, and the minimum interest rate of the small personal loans granted during the week prior. During the week of 10/26/2026-11/1/2026, Upgrade, Inc. granted small personal loans in Puerto Rico with the below interest rates:
- Maximum interest rate: 35.99%
- Minimum interest rate: 18.99%
- Weighted average interest rate: 24.31%
