What if my Upgrade Visa® Debit Card is lost or stolen?
We are here to help! If you misplace your debt card or are worried that you’ve lost it, you can lock it in the mobile app or from your account to keep anyone else from using it. To lock your card:
- Sign in to your Upgrade Account
- Select “Manage Debit Card” from the menu
- Select “Lock”
You’ll also have the option to report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged and request a replacement card. Once your card is reported as lost or stolen or you lock your card, you can no longer use that card. You should receive your replacement card in the mail in 7–10 business days after you request it.
If your card is stolen, please report it immediately to prevent fraudulent charges.
