- Are all itineraries eligible for Flex Pay by Upgrade?
- Itinerary must cost between $150.00 (CAD) and $15,000.00 (CAD) including all trip add-ons and extras such as service charges, transfers and transportation, travel insurance plans, etc. The departure date must also be more than one day after booking.
- Does checking a rate impact the clients credit score or profile?
- Checking a rate allows us to verify a client’s identity and determine eligibility. When a client checks their rate, a soft credit check occurs, which has no impact on their credit score.
Accepting a Flex Pay plan initiates a hard credit pull which may impact your client’s credit score. - Why was my client’s application denied?
- You can read our Privacy Policy at If a client’s application is denied, the reason for the denial is communicated to the client.
If there is another qualified individual on the booking, they can also apply by restarting the application process. - Why can’t I see the client application process?
- Your client completes the entire application on their own. Once your client finishes the application process, if approved, you will be asked to click the “Complete Flex Pay by Upgrade Booking” button to finalize the Flex Pay process and booking.
Down payment may be required. Actual terms are based on your credit score and other factors and may vary. APRs range from 0% to 31.99%. Minimum $150 purchase required. Not everyone is eligible.
