Tom Botts

Tom Botts is President of Flex Pay at Upgrade. He joined following Upgrade's acquisition of Uplift, where he spent over seven years as Chief Commercial Officer, leading Uplift’s growth into the largest travel-focused BNPL solution. Before Uplift, he held senior leadership roles across the travel and hospitality industry, including CMO for Miraval Group, a KSL Capital portfolio company which was successfully sold to Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Prior to that, Tom served as Managing Partner and co-founder of Hudson Crossing, a hospitality and travel advisory firm. Earlier in his career, he held VP and Director roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Expedia Group, and Delta Air Lines, spanning revenue management, distribution, and e-commerce.
