* Earn unlimited 1.5% cash back on all purchases when you pay them back. Your cash back will typically be applied to your balance after your next scheduled monthly payment. Cash back rewards applied to your balance will not satisfy or reduce your regular monthly payments. Payments on non-purchase transactions, such as sending funds electronically t your bank account, are not eligible to earn rewards. Certain limitations apply. Please refer to your Cardholder Agreement for more information. Reward associated with the Upgrade Card, when applicable, are provided by Upgrade, Inc.

** To qualify for the $100 welcome bonus, you must make $500 in total purchases with your card and make on-time payments of at least the minimum required monthly payment amount on your Upgrade Card in 3 consecutive months all within 1 year of the date the account is opened. Non-purchase transactions, such as sending funds electronically to your bank account, do not qualify. The credit will be posted within 1-2 billing periods following the 3rd on-time payment.

*** Credit Lines opened through Upgrade feature Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) of 14.99% - 29.99% and line amounts ranging $500 - $50,000. The lowest rates require Autopay and the majority of the line amounts will be $25,000 or under. For example, a $5,000 transaction with a 36 month term and a 19.99% APR has a required monthly payment of $187.90. The APR on your draw may be higher or lower. Your rate, line amount, and default term depend on maintaining a qualifying credit score, your credit usage history, requested amount, and other factors. The Upgrade Card is unique in that it allows you to obtain a series of closed-end loans which you may access through transactions such as card purchases up to the approved line amount. As you repay your balance, additional credit may become available to you up to the approved line amount subject to meeting our credit requirements. The Upgrade Card will not replenish as it would in an open-end credit arrangement.

‡ Not all traditional credit cards charge fees. However, creditcards.com's 2018 Credit Card Fee Survey found that the average number of fees per card is 5.5. For example, the 2019 U.S. News Consumer Credit Card Fee Study found that the average annual fee (including cards with no annual fee) is $35.23, the average late fee is $36.34 and the average returned payment fee is $34.01. The Upgrade Card charges none of these fees. Over 90 percent of cards charge balance transfer fees and cash advance fees. The Upgrade Card enables you to transfer cash from your Personal Credit Line to your bank account with no fees.

If there are changes to your credit score or other risk factors, or changes to market conditions, the availability of your remaining credit, the interest rate, and length of the credit offered may be adjusted for future transactions. The interest rate on your existing balances will never change. ACH transactions will be subject to a minimum amount, which is determined based on your total line availability. There is no minimum transaction amount when you use the Upgrade Card. For more information, please refer to the applicable Personal Credit Line Agreement.
