1 Receive a {{activePromotion.apr}} fixed rate Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for the life of qualifying transferred balances when the transfers are properly requested within {{activePromotion.numDays}} days of account opening. This offer is available through {{activePromotion.throughDate}}. Any balance transfer requested after {{activePromotion.numDays}} days of account opening will be subject to your non-intro APR, as shown on your account dashboard. We do not charge balance transfer fees. We may begin to charge such fees on all Upgrade Card accounts in the future. We will waive those fees if we begin to charge them during your promotional period. You will receive 45 days notice of any balance transfer fees. Balance transfers do not qualify for rewards upon repayment. Balance transfers are made available to you at our discretion and are subject to review and approval. The balance transfer feature allows you to make qualifying balance transfers to your Upgrade Card by paying off outstanding credit balances you have with other financial institutions using funds from your Upgrade Card. Balance transfers incur interest charges from the transaction date. We can arrange direct payments to pay down credit cards issued in the United States. We cannot arrange payments to another person’s card or account. You cannot transfer balances from any credit you obtain through Upgrade. It may take up to 4 business days for your third-party creditor to receive the funds. The pay out date may not align with the applicable due date and it is your responsibility to continue paying each third-party creditor on time. Once your balance transfer is processed, funds sent to pay down outstanding credit balances cannot be pulled back or refunded. If you have a dispute with a third-party creditor and pay that balance by transferring it to your Upgrade Card, you may lose certain dispute rights. Balance transfers do not qualify for rewards upon repayment.

2 All purchases accrue unlimited 1.5% cash back when you pay them back. Your accrued cash back will generally be applied to your balance after your next scheduled monthly payment. If you do not have a balance and for as long as your card account is open, you may elect to have cash back applied as a deposit into your bank account on file. Cash back rewards are redeemed once applied. Cash back rewards applied to your balance will not otherwise reduce the amount of your regular monthly payments. Rewards associated with the Upgrade Card, when applicable, are provided by Upgrade, Inc. Rewards are a gratuity and not your property until redeemed. Balance transfers and payment on non-purchase transactions, such as sending funds electronically to your bank account, are not eligible to earn rewards. Some limitations apply. Refer to your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

3 To qualify for the welcome bonus, you must open and fund a new Rewards Checking Plus account through Upgrade and make 3 qualifying debit card transactions from your Rewards Checking Plus account within 60 days of the date the Rewards Checking Plus account is opened. If you have previously opened a checking account through Upgrade or do not open a Rewards Checking Plus account as part of this application process, you are not eligible for this welcome bonus offer. Your Upgrade Card and Rewards Checking Plus account must be open and in good standing to receive a bonus. To qualify, debit card transactions must have settled and exclude ATM transactions. Please refer to the applicable Upgrade Visa® Debit Card Agreement and Disclosures for more information. Welcome bonus offers cannot be combined, substituted, or applied retroactively. The bonus will be applied to your Rewards Checking Plus account as a one-time payout credit within 60 days after meeting the conditions. This one-time bonus is available through this Upgrade Card offer and may not be available for other Upgrade Card offers.

5 Credit Lines opened through Upgrade feature Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) of 14.99% - 29.99% and line amounts ranging $500 - $25,000. Optional cash transfers to your bank account, balance transfers, and foreign transactions are subject to fees that, if incurred, will increase your finance charge and APR. The lowest rates require Autopay and the majority of the line amounts will be $15,000 or under. For example, a $5,000 transaction with a 36 month term and a 19.99% APR has a required monthly payment of $187.90. The APR on your transaction may be higher or lower. Your rate, line amount, and default term depend on maintaining a qualifying credit score, your credit usage history, requested amount, and other factors. The Upgrade Card is unique in that it allows you to obtain a series of closed-end loans which you may access through transactions such as card purchases up to the approved line amount. As you repay your balance, additional credit may become available to you up to the approved line amount subject to meeting our credit requirements. The Upgrade Card will not replenish as it would in an open-end credit arrangement.

6 With Upgrade Shopping powered by Dosh® you accrue cash back on qualifying purchases at participating merchants. For the current list of participating merchants and offers available to you, go to Upgrade Shopping on your account dashboard. Participating merchants and offer terms may be changed from time to time without notice. After a qualifying purchase has settled, your cash back will typically be applied to your balance within 90 days. Cash back rewards will be applied to your balance and will not otherwise reduce the amount of your regular monthly payments. If you return, charge back, cancel, dispute, or otherwise request a refund for a qualifying purchase for which you have already received Upgrade Shopping cash back, we reserve the right to remove any related cash back amount from your Upgrade Card or withhold future cash back to cover any such amount. To opt-out of the Upgrade Shopping program, please email upgrade customer service at support@upgrade.com. Please note that an opt out is permanent and will apply to any Upgrade Shopping account(s) you have at the time of such opt out and any new account you may open in the future through Upgrade that is eligible for Upgrade Shopping (i.e., such new account will not be enrolled in the Upgrade Shopping program and you will not be able to accrue any rewards under this program on any of your existing or future accounts through Upgrade). The 2019 U.S. News Consumer Credit Card Fee Study found that the average annual fee (including cards with no annual fee) is $35.23, the average late fee is $36.34 and the average returned payment fee is $34.01. If there are changes to your credit score or other risk factors, or changes to market conditions, the availability of your remaining credit, the interest rate, and length of the credit offered may be adjusted for future transactions.
